Membership.
To qualify as a dealer you must be one of our members. The annual membership fee is SEK 1.500 excl. VAT, granting you automatically the possibility to have a home-page with your own address, an e-mail address, a guest-book and an on-line sale with up to five products and a cash-desk function.
Tax Clearance.
You must run a company of your own and have a clearance from the tax authorities in order to become a dealer for us.
Income.
This will depend on what you can sell during a month.
1 - 10 10 memberships per month
10% commission.
11 - 49 memberships per month
20% on what you have sold between 11 and 49 memberships and 10% on what you have sold between 1 and 10 20% provision på det du sålt.
over 50 memberships per month
40%
commission on everything you have sold during one month, which means that if selling our 50 biggest packets you can earn SEK 120.000 in just a month!
If selling anything in excess of what is regularly offered by Ambro's OnWeb and ButikCenter, for instance a big shop or home-page, you will get 10% also on the extra sales. The percentage is calculated on the amount, excl. VAT.
The sale is registered only when a new member has fully paid for what he has ordered.
The dealer will be issued with a reference number, which his customers must indicate in connection with the registration. The dealer will get access to the page, where all his sales are registered and his earnings are added up. In other words he can at any time check the amount that he has earned.
These sales conditions are valid until further, and we only bind ourselves for a period of two months at a time, when we sign an agreement with a dealer for Ambro OnWeb.
Registration.
When you have given us the information and data requested, you have sent us your dealership application which must then be accepted by us. We reserve the right to get a credit report about you.
